Week 29

week starting 16/7/12

Drinks everyday – glass of water 10 mins before main meals, between main meals, and after – mug of half and half hot water and whole milk

Monday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea. roast chicken, roast potato wedges, cauliflower and carrots.  Stewed rhubarb and black currants with clotted cream.

Exercises:

Set 1. Snatch: using 15kg weight :- 20    Sit-Ups :- 32

Set 2. Snatch: using 15kg weight :- 21 Sit-Ups :- 32

Tuesday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea.

Exercises:

Set 1 Squats holding 15kg weight :- 34  Lunges: 36

Set 2 Squats holding 15kg weight :- 33 Lunges: 32

Wednesday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea,

Exercises:

Set 1 Front raise with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 33    Triceps extensions with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 33

Set 2 Front raise with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 33  Triceps extensions with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 32

Thursday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea,

Exercises:

Set 1 Bicep curls with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 38 Wrist Curls with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 30

Set 2 Bicep curls with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 38  Wrist Curls with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 25

Notes: 1 and quarter hours belly dance – last of the term!! plus belly dance party – lots of yummy treats.

 

Friday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea, oven-baked fish and 6 chips, peas, carrots. Tea chicken and pesto turn-over. 2 apricots, apple.  3 brazil nuts 2 cubes chocolate

Exercise:

Set 1. Snatch: using 15kg weight :- 20   Twist Sit-Ups :- 24

Set 2. Snatch: using 15kg weight :- 19  Twist Sit-Ups :- 24

Saturday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea,  Lunch – gammon, pineapple, small baked potato with butter, peas, beans and carrots. Tea chicken and pesto turn-over. 2 apricots, apple.  3 brazil nuts 2 cubes chocolate

Exercises:

Set 1 Squats holding 15kg weight :- 34 Lunges holding 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 40

Set 2 Squats holding 15kg weight :- 34  Lunges holding 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 38

Sunday

Food:

Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea, Lunch and then tea (repeat) chicken and pesto turn-over. 2 apricots, apple.  3 brazil nuts 2 cubes chocolate

Exercises:

Set 1 Lateral Raise: with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 23   Triceps extensions with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 30

Set 2 Lateral Raise: with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:-21    Triceps extensions with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 26

Notes: AT PORT ELIOT FESTIVAL ALL DAY

Weight at end of week 29 =   9 stone 12 and a half pounds.  Half a pound down from last week.
