Set 1 Lateral Raise: with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 23   Triceps extensions with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 36

Set 2 Lateral Raise: with 2 x 3.5 kg dumbbells:- 23   Triceps extensions with 2 x 3.5  kg dumbbells:- 36
