Fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea.Dinner: FR Roast Chicken, potato wedges, parsnip, carrots, calabrese, gravy. Stewed rhubarb and strawberries with ice-cream. Tea: Pizza with homemade topping. apple. 2 cubes plain chocolate, glass of cider.

Notes:
Upped the weights on the dumbbells today – weights I could find lying away in the barn meant I hade to jump from 2.75 straight to 3.5kg – and that a bit uneven, with different size plates on each end.. oh well.. glad to have them lying around I guess 🙂

Out for dinner this evening with friends – planned so that I had some but a very small amount of carb (potato) at lunch so that I would not feel I have to watch the carbs at dinner.
Results for the end of week 19 of FWT?
So the result this week is another 1 lb down! Hurrah!so now weighing in at 10 st 3 lbs from a start on Jan 1st of 12 stone – it is still averaging over a pound a week – and I find that amazing.
Also half an inch on the relaxed measurement though no change on the pulled-in tight measurement. Weird how often they differ from each other.
