Food:

Egg, bacon, mushroom, tomato. Orange juice, 2 cups tea. 1 cube plain chocolate, Lunch. Roast FR chicken, potato wedges, parsnip, carrots, cauliflower, calabrese, gravy. Stewed apple and cream. Tea: Poor-knight’s fritters, bacon,and mushroom. 1 small bread roll. Glass of sparkling wine, handful of nuts

Exercises:

set 1 lateral raises with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :- 20. Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :- 41

set 2 lateral raiseswith 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :- 20. Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :- 34

Set 1 Snatch with 15 kg weight :- 25  Sit-ups :- 27

Set 2 Snatch with 15 kg weight :- 25  Sit-ups :- 27

fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea. Lunch:Toad in the hole, cabbage, carrots. Tea: egg on cheese on ham or crumpet. evening Plain yoghurt

Set 1 Squats with 15 kg weight :- 46   Lunges :-  36

Notes:

Oh MY! WHOOFT! That was hard! especially pushing second set to same number as first!

fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea. Lasagna. Tea: Pasty, Apple, evening.Plain yoghurt

Exercises:

Set 1 front raise with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 27  Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 33

Set 2 front raise with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 27  Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 33

fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea. Steak and mushroom pie with carrots, parsnip and calabrese. 1 cube plain choc. 1 mint imprial. Tea: Pizza, Apple, 1 cube plain choc.

Exercises:

Set 1 bicep curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :-  51 Wrist curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 42

Set 2 bicep curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :-  53 Wrist curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 36  (oooch!)

1 & 1/4 hours belly dance

fast egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea. 2 cubes pl choc, 2 mint imperials, Gammon, beans, baked pot with butter, peas, peppers. Tea: Omelette with ham, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes. Apple. Evening, Handful nuts. 1 cube pl choc

Set 2 Squats with 15 kg weight :- 53   Lunges :-  34

Notes:

 

RESULTS:  weigh in Sunday morning : 1 lb down!! now 10st 4lbs. Waist measurements: both relaxed and tight a quarter of an inch down (ok, not much of a move but I guess it has to be less as I get nearer my targets – not so much to work with as it were. Any way — happlily back on track .. and what have I learnt? well that will go in a post soon.
