Week 15

Easter Week began with the usual temptations of Easter Eggs!! This followed by a full-on roast for Easter Dinner, roast turkey, roast pots, roast vegetables, calabrese followed by pavlova. Oh Dear – however despite having visitors and still little spare time all the resistance weights exercises were completed this week and we even went to do a little climbing! Normal records shall resume next week!

Results from the Sunday weigh-in: Down 1 lb to 10.5 lbs (hurrah – despite the Easter eggs!) waist meaurements both down half an inch – so I am well pleased again!
