Food:

egg, orange juice, 2 cups milky tea. Lunch:  Turkey, salmon en croute, calabrese, 1 med potato, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, Mille Feuille,Tea: Cheese with salad. Apple.

Exercise:

Set1 Lateral raise: with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells – 21  Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :- 32

Set2 Lateral raise with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :- 20  Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75kg dumbbells :-28

10 mins stretching exercise

Notes:

Skipped the usual Sunday fry – even though making it for lots of others – as I still felt bloateed from yesterday. Still 15 of us for lunch here! fortunately fed mostly on ‘left-overs’ from the huge family lunch yesterday (for 20)

egg, orange juice, 2 mugs milky tea, Lunch. Steak, shallots, calabrese, carrots, 1 med new potato, gravy. Tea: Slice of cheese and red onion tart, cheeses, salad. thin slice toast half with marmite, half with jam. 2 brazil nuts, 1 throat lozenge, ( I seem to have got a sore throat today) and a plain yoghurt

Exercise:

Set 1,Snatch with 15kg weight:- 23  Sit-ups :- 31

Set 2,Snatch with 15kg weight:- 25  Sit-ups :- 28

Food:

egg, orange juice, 2 mugs milky tea, sausages, 2 small new potatoes, calabrese, cabbage. 2 brazil nuts 1 cube plain chocolate, Tea: Cheese and ham salad (small spoon potato salad) 1 thin slice toast – half with marmite, half with jam. Mid evening 3 crisps (blame the man who wanted  a bowl to munch) small sliver of cake.

Exercise :

Set1 squats with 15 kg weight : 44  Lunges :- 46

Set2 squats with 15 kg weight : 34  Lunges :- 36

egg, orange juice, 2 mugs milky tea, 2 brazil nuts 1 cube plain chocolate, Steak pie with mixed veg and cabbage. Tea: scrambled egg yolk and ham Cheese salad, apple, thin slice toast- half with marmite, half with jam.

Set 1 Front raise with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 29    Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 38

Set 2 Front raise with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :-  29  Triceps extensions with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :-  32

Exercise:

Set 1  Bicep curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 46    Wrist curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 34

Set 2  Bicep curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 43   Wrist curls with 2 x 2.75 kg dumbbells :- 32

An hour and a quarter belly dance

egg, orange juice, 2 mugs milky tea, 2 cubes chocolate 2 brazil nuts. battered fish, 7 chips, peas, Tea: homemade vichyssoise soup (that’s leek and potato to you) 1 slice toast. Evening, glass of ginger beer, cube of cheese.

Exercise:

Set 1,Snatch with 15kg weight:- 24   Twisting Sit-ups :- 26

Set 2,Snatch with 15kg weight:-  23  Twisting Sit-ups :- 22

egg, orange juice, 2 mugs milky tea, Lunch, Gammon, half a med baked potaot with butter, peas, Tea: homemade vichyssoise soup, half slice bread. Toast. Evening.Apple, Yoghurt.

Set1 squats with 15 kg weight : 37  Lunges :- 38

Set2 squats with 15 kg weight : 34  Lunges :- 34
